Kaiyuan has a variety of scientific research platforms, such as the provincial enterprise technology center, the municipal reconstituted wood research center, the Municipal Key Laboratory of wood based new materials, and the Municipal Engineering Research Center of wood based new materials, with complete R&D organization and R&D facilities. The center is a comprehensive service platform integrating R&D, testing and training support. Kaiyuan tests materials to provide technical support for production,to meet the testing requirements of domestic and foreign customers and peers for the performance indicators of scientific and technological wood, and to provide corresponding technical support and training for engineered veneer/lumber.
