Shandong Kaiyuan Wood Industry Co., Ltd. was founded in 1998, located in Linyi City, Shandong Province--the capital of logistics and the largest known base for wood processing. It is a high-tech enterprise focusing on the R & D, production and sales of reconstituted wood products. The main products are reconstituted wood veneer and reconstituted wood timber. It has become a large-scale reconstituted wood production manufacturing company in China.

The company’s scientific research strength are tremendous. It has established a cooperative relationship of production, learning and researching with the Chinese Academy of Forestry, Beijing Forestry University, Nanjing Forestry University and other domestic well-known scientific research institutions. Established a fully functional scientific and technological wood technology research center. There more than 80 scientific research personnel, introduced advanced testing and testing equipment. A number of R&D technologies have been included in the national agricultural achievements transformation project and the provincial spark plan. In recent years, the company has undertaken a number of scientific and technological research and development projects at or above the provincial level. Participated in the formulation of two national standards, namely, reconstituted decorative timber and reconstituted decorative veneer, and two industrial standards of decorative veneer and decorative veneer. It has successively obtained more than 30 invention patents, practical new patents and design patents.

The company is the first to fully pass the ISO certification system, environmental management system certification, FSC international certification in the same industry in Shandong province; it has successively won the honorary titles of "Chinese Well-known Trademark", "National Export Demonstration Enterprise", "Shandong Forestry Leading Enterprise" and other honorary titles. In 2012, it was recognized as "High-tech Enterprise of Shandong Province" and was evaluated as "China Export Quality and Safety Demonstration Enterprise" in 2016.
